Assault charges dismissed against ex-Warren cop
MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. — All charges have been dismissed against one of two former Warren police officers charged in connection with assaulting a truck driver during a 2023 traffic stop, and the second officer is now facing additional charges related to a separate alleged excessive force incident in Highland Park.
