GRPD officers’ attorney says bystander video doesn’t show full context of deadly shooting
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Video provided by a citizen provides the clearest view of the moment last week that a Grand Rapids officer fired shots that killed a man who, according to police, was armed with a handgun.
On Monday, the attorney for the two officers involved told Target 8 that they can’t be judged by that short video clip alone.
