Video shows incident that led to charges against 2 Imlay City officers
IMLAY CITY, Mich. (WJRT) – Two Imlay City police officers are facing criminal charges after being accused of using excessive force on a handcuffed 17-year-old last summer.
The incident happened on July 26, 2025, when the intoxicated teen was causing trouble at the Eastern Michigan Fairgrounds. Police were taking him home when the confrontation occurred.
